After the longest 7 weeks in our history, we are thrilled to say we are back and ready to take care of you from Wednesday 20th May 2020 for face to face consultations under Alert Level 2. However, as advised from our physiotherapy board and Ministry of Health, telehealth and virtual appointments are still the preferred option in Alert Level 2 to minimise the spread of COVID-19. It is really important that we keep our practitioners and our patients safe so please make sure you read our safety requirements here. We are rearing to go and have a lot to share. See you soon!

Following the Government’s announcement on 20 April moving from level 4 to level 3, our clinic will remain closed for face to face consults, however online consults will still be available. After the 2 weeks allocated to level 3, and after the 11th May government announcement, we should have more clarity and information about when we can expect to be open and we will be back in touch then.

Our online shop is now live. All of our products are an ESSENTIAL service in the health and disability sector. We are also a home based business, have just one person handling our orders and all care and cleanliness precautions are taken when packaging your order. The website is unable to take payments, so please email me with your request. Please add on $5 for delivery within North Shore areas and $10 for Auckland wide.

Hope you’re all staying safe out there. Given the escalating nature of COVID-19 I thought it timely to share some information on what I have been doing in response. Foremost, I am making sure that our patients and community are safe and receiving information and support as required.
Following New Zealand's response on Saturday to raising our levels to ALERT LEVEL 2, I have made the following changes to our services. The changes have been made to keep yourself and others safe. During this challenging time with your health and wellbeing as my main priority, I have decided to postpone our face to face consultations until further notice. This decision has not come lightly but I hope that by doing our part we can help flatten the curve.
Bump and Beyond Physio will remain fully open with plans in place to deal with these disruptions – ensuring delivery of high-quality health care. To continue to provide this service, I will be offering 20% off initial online consultations under level 4. All you have to do is click a link and away you go.
Finally, eat well, sleep properly, hydrate, stay connected with friends and family (this may be virtual connections for those isolated or social distancing) and show kindness to others. Take a sensible approach to your health and call Healthline if you are unwell or need COVID19 advice (0800 358 5453). I will continue to update you as much as possible and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any queries or concerns.
Noho ora mai,
